Use of this site

This website provides information about property services and a form for requesting those services. Submitting a request does not create a contract or guarantee that work will be scheduled.

Estimates and scope

Any figures discussed before a site evaluation are preliminary. Final pricing and scope are confirmed in a written estimate.

Materials we do not accept

Hazardous materials, including but not limited to solvents, fuels, asbestos and chemical waste, are not accepted for removal. Requests involving these materials are flagged for manual review.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The current version governs use of the site.
